Have you seen missing 12-year-old Letia Tinkler from Carlisle?
Letia was last seen last night (30 Dec) in the vicinity of Carlisle train station at around 10pm.
She was wearing a black jacket and black leggings and has blonde hair.
Letia has links to Lockerbie and Penrith, as well as Carlisle.
Officers are concerned for Letia’s welfare and are urging anyone with knowledge of her whereabouts to come forward.
