Have you seen missing Talulah Duncan?

Talulah is 12-years-old and was last seen yesterday afternoon, 6 July 2026 at 1:50pm on Shady Grove Road, Carlisle. 

Talulah is white, around 5ft tall, with dark, long hair and blue eyes. She is believed to be wearing fluffy, beige pyjamas with brown teddy bears on and a black jacket.

She has links to the West side of Carlisle and the City Centre.

Officers are concerned for Talulah’s welfare and are encouraging anyone with information on her whereabouts to come forward.
