Police are concerned for the welfare of missing Paul Lewis from Workington.
Paul is 47 and has not been seen in person since Friday 14 November.
Anyone who has any information on his whereabouts is asked to contact police via 101.
If Paul sees this appeal he is asked to contact officers on the same number.
