The Copeland Neighbourhood Policing team have been working with Crimestoppers and Whitehaven PubWatch on a campaign to encourage people reporting crime in the area.

Police and partners including those in the Pub Watch Scheme work hard to ensure people have a safe night out, targeting drug use and violent offences.

Officers would always encourage people to report criminal offences to police.

However, through this partnership, we are highlighting that people can report incident 100% anonymously to Crimestoppers, either online www.crimestoppers-uk.org or by phone 0800 555 111.

Awareness materials, including posters and social media content, will highlight how people can share concern safely and anonymously.

Anyone with information can report online at www.cumbria.police.uk/report-it.

You can also phone on 101.
