Have you seen missing person Megan Buchanan?
The 21-year-old is missing from Wigton and is believed to have last been seen in Carlisle on January 13.
She is white, about 5ft 5ins tall, of slim build, with brown hair.
She has links to Carlisle.
If anyone sees Megan they are asked to call police on 999.
